Point Clear Club is being developed by Point Clear Club Investments, LLC, a partnership between the McLean family and Daniel Corporation. Course Design by Tom Fazio
World-renowned golf architect Tom Fazio designed the Point Clear Club course with his signature balance of beauty, strategy, and playability. Widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in modern golf course design, Fazio is known for creating landscapes that feel timeless and organically connected to their surroundings. His work emphasizes thoughtful routing, sculpted landforms, and visually compelling holes that challenge accomplished players while remaining welcoming to golfers of all skill levels. At Point Clear Club, Fazio’s design philosophy comes to life through a championship-caliber experience that reflects the natural character of the Gulf Coast and elevates every round played.

The golf course is anticipated to open as a full 18-hole experience by Fall 2027. While this timeline is subject to change, it is provided to assist with planning purposes.

Planned amenities include a Tom Fazio Signature Golf Course, dedicated short-game area, championship practice facilities, croquet lawns, fitness center, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing access, children’s programming, card groups, and additional curated member experiences.

Point Clear Club is designed to deliver a private, member-focused experience. All play will be limited to members and their accompanied guests, sponsored guests of members, or guests approved by club management. The Club reserves the right, at its discretion, to host select charitable events benefiting the local community or region.
